The Florida Board of Governors requires that all state university employees complete Kognito’s At-Risk for Faculty and Staff online training. This training must be completed in its entirety. You will receive a Certificate upon completion from Kognito that you can maintain for your records. Instructions for completing the training can be found here: https://hr.fsu.edu/working-fsu/new-employees
Please note, if you have previously completed the Kognito At-Risk Mental Health Awareness Training at FSU, you are not required to repeat this presentation again.
All FSU employees are encouraged to register in OMNI for more in-depth Anti-Sexual Misconduct Awareness and Prevention Training classes provided by Human Resources' Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Office. You can search and register for an upcoming Anti-Sexual Misconduct Awareness and Prevention Training session using the Course Number: COSHP1 (or Course Number: LSSHS1 for Anti-Sexual Misconduct Training for Supervisors) in myFSU > HR > Self Service > Learning and Development > Request Training Enrollment. Additionally, Departments may contact the HR Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Office to schedule Sexual Misconduct Awareness and Prevention Training for their team.
