Employee Data Management


Florida State University's Employee Data Management Team (EDM) is responsible for all OPS, USPS, A&P, and non-advertised Faculty new hires as well as ongoing management of all appointments. EDM maintains all FSU employee records and provides employment verifications. EDM ensures all appointments meet FLSA and FICA requirements, while following policies and procedures set by the University and the State of Florida.

Employee Data Management partners with Department Representatives, Employment & Recruitment Services, Attendance & Leave, and Payroll Services to ensure all employees receive compensation.
