Affirmative Action Plan: As a contractor with over 50 employees and government contracts in excess of $50,000, FSU is required to develop and implement a written affirmative action program (AAP) every year. The University maintains and reviews the Affirmative Action Plan annually.

Florida Equity Report: The Florida Educational Equity Act, FS 1000.05, and other state and federal legislation mandate that students and employees should not be discriminated against on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, disability, or marital status. In addition to statutory guidelines of the Equity Accountability Program Report, FS 1012.95, require that each state University maintain an annual equity plan for appropriate representation of women and minorities in senior level faculty and administrative positions. The Florida Equity Report addresses three major areas: Enrollment, Gender Equity in Athletics, and Employment.
Vets-100 Report: In accordance with Title 38, United States Code, Section 4212(d), the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Veterans' Employment and Training Service (VETS) collects and compiles data on the Federal Contractor Program Veterans' Employment Report (VETS-100 Report) from Federal contractors and subcontractors who receive Federal contracts that meet the threshold amount of $100,000.
Updated ADA Self-Evaluation Plan: The Florida State University (FSU or University) fosters a commitment to a policy of equal access to all of its facilities, programs, services, and activities for persons with disabilities, whether as students, faculty, staff, or visitors. The self-evaluation plan provides an overview of the University's programs, services, activities, and facilities that illustrate FSU's commitment to making the University accessible to everyone.
