2021-2022 Annual A&P Performance Evaluations

This message has been approved by Renisha Gibbs, Associate Vice President for Human Resources and Finance & Administration Chief of Staff, for distribution to all Deans, Directors, and Department Heads.

Performance evaluations for A&P employees are now available in OMNI HR for the 2021-2022 rating period.

  • The evaluation period measures performance from August 8, 2021, to August 7, 2022.
  • Performance evaluations are not required for A&P employees who were hired or promoted to an A&P position on or after May 7, 2022. These employees will not have evaluations available in OMNI HR. Please Note: Performance evaluations are still required for employees that held an A&P position prior to transitioning to a new department or promoting or transferring to another A&P position.
  • An overall rating of Below Satisfactory requires a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). Supervisors must contact Employee & Labor Relations (ELR) before initiating a Below Satisfactory performance evaluation. In addition, a Performance Expectations Plan is recommended with a Marginal Satisfactory overall rating. Supervisors may contact the Employee & Labor Relations main line at (850) 644-6475 for assistance.
  • Supervisors can access the performance documents by navigating to myFSU >HR > Manager Self Service > Performance Management > Current Documents.
  • Track completed evaluations and status updates by using the query: FSU_ELR_EPERF_STATUS_DEPT. To run the query, insert Review Period End Date of 8/7/2022.
  • The deadline for all A&P ePerformance evaluations to be completed is September 16, 2022.
  • Supervisors and Department Representatives are encouraged to utilize the training resources provided by the Office of Human Resources. Online training guides for the ePerformance process can be found on the Human Resources website.
