2026 Benefits Fair & Open Enrollment

2026 Benefits & Wellness Fair
We are pleased to announce that the annual FSU Benefits & Wellness Fair will take place on Monday, October 5, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Florida State University Student Union.
This event provides employees with an excellent opportunity to:
- Learn more about benefits available through the State of Florida
- Meet directly with benefit vendors and campus and community organizations
- Access valuable wellness resources and services
- Explore additional programs and offerings that support overall well-being
As the fair takes place shortly before the annual Open Enrollment period, it is an ideal opportunity for employees to gather information, ask questions, and prepare to make informed decisions about their benefit elections.
With supervisor approval, attendance at the Benefits & Wellness Fair is considered time worked.
State Open Enrollment – October 12 through October 30, 2026
To ensure you receive this information promptly, please verify your mailing and email addresses in OMNI. Make any corrections as soon as possible to ensure the proper address is used for the informational packet.
Open Enrollment is the annual opportunity for employees to review and make changes to their State of Florida insurance benefits, including health, dental, vision, and other coverage options.
Open Enrollment begins Monday, October 12, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. (ET) and ends Friday, October 30, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. (ET).
The FSU HR Benefits Office encourages all employees to review their current benefit elections and ensure their coverage continues to meet their needs for the coming year.
