COVID-19 Test Billing Error

This message to all faculty and staff has been approved by Renisha Gibbs, Associate Vice President for Human Resources and Finance & Administration Chief of Staff.

It has recently been brought to our attention that the University’s Testing Clinic patients have received bills from Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare (TMH) for testing services. These invoices were issued in error. TMH is in the process of sending out a corrective letter informing the recipients of the erroneous invoices that they do not owe anything for University testing services. If you have received a bill for University testing, please disregard this letter. You should receive another letter from TMH explaining the error in the coming days.
