EARLY PAYROLL SCHEDULE for PAY PERIOD ‘E’

To ensure paychecks are distributed for the pay date of Friday, September 8, 2023, the payroll schedule for pay period ‘E’ (ending 8/31/2023) must be moved up by one day, and the deadline to submit cases before the final payroll calculation is 10:30 am on Friday.  Please refer to the Alternate Payroll Schedule ‘E’ for details.

Payroll Schedule ‘E’ Overview:

Wednesday, 8/30/23 – Time Entry Deadline

Thursday, 8/31/23 – Approvals Deadline and First Cost Center Report in myFSU BI

Friday, 9/1/23 – Second Cost Center Report and Final Payroll Calculation

Tuesday, 9/5/23 – Final Cost Center Report
