The Office of Human Resources invites you to attend the Hybrid Model Best Practices webinar.

During this meeting, HR will provide information on best practices for managing a hybrid workforce. Topics will include ensuring fairness, facilitating open communication, and managing performance. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask pre-submitted questions related to this topic to apply to real-world scenarios. 

We strongly encourage attendance. If you have specific questions about the hybrid model, please submit those to Shelley Lopez by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, July 12.
