Hybrid Model Training for Managers

In a previous communication, we shared the Partial Telework Request Process and the FSU Guide to Alternate Work Location Arrangements Training. The Office of Human Resources is pleased to release our most recent training to assist managers with leading a hybrid workforce. The Guide to Establishing a Hybrid Workplace for Managers Training lays the groundwork for understanding the hybrid model. The training also provides guidance on maintaining fairness and managing performance in a hybrid environment. We strongly encourage managers in participating departments to take this training.
