New Course: Neurodiversity in the Workplace

We are excited to announce a new training opportunity for FSU employees - Neurodiversity in the Workplace. This workshop, a collaboration between the Office of Human Resources and the FSU Autism Institute, is designed to cultivate a more inclusive and supportive work environment.

About the Workshop

This training is designed to promote a workplace culture that values and supports the unique strengths and perspectives of neurodiverse individuals. By enhancing understanding, empathy, and practical skills among all employees and managers, we aim to create an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive and contribute meaningfully. Participants will gain essential knowledge and tools for implementing best practices in recruitment, accommodation, communication, and career development, ensuring we not only meet legal standards but also recognize neurodiversity as a key element of our organizational success.
