The Office of Training & Organizational Development is excited to announce the launch of The Weekly Spotlight, a virtual professional development curriculum. Our Weekly Spotlight features a different theme each week.  We will highlight resources that focus on general professional development, leadership, technology and health and happiness. Each week, a new learning objective will be released along with supporting course work. This new training resource has been developed specifically for the remote work environment.

Additionally, we have our FSU training and development courses available to supplement the Weekly Spotlights. All the resources provided on this page are free, however some may require creation of an account prior to access.  As the current situation evolves, we will continue to provide you with relevant resources that ensure your professional growth and help you navigate this changing environment.
