This message has been approved by Renisha Gibbs, Associate Vice President for Human Resources and Finance & Administration Chief of Staff, for distribution to all Deans, Directors, and Department Heads.

Nominations for the 2025 Florida TaxWatch Government Productivity Awards are now open! This program recognizes and rewards state employees whose work significantly and measurably increases productivity and promotes innovation to improve the delivery of state services and save money for Florida taxpayers and businesses. If you have implemented an improvement that fits these criteria, we encourage you to submit a nomination.

Please see the 2025 Nominator’s Guidebook and the 2025 Nomination Questions to assist in preparing your submission.

Key Dates:

Nominations Close: Friday, August 15, 2025

Nominators Notified: Monday, September 1, 2025

Awards Ceremony: Thursday, September 18, 2025, at the Florida Historic Capitol Museum

Nominations may be submitted directly through the TaxWatch website.

Thank you for highlighting the impactful work happening at FSU. You are invited to share a copy of your submission with the Human Resources Continuous Improvement office, but it is not required. It has no impact on the evaluation of the project. TaxWatch evaluates all submissions.
