Out of State Employees Reporting

The State of Florida is seeking information from the University about employees or volunteers working out of state for Workers’ Compensation reporting purposes

If your department has any employees (Faculty, AEX, A&P, USPS, or OPS) with an office location outside of the State of Florida, please reference your email to provide the information requested in the attached spreadsheet by 5:00 p.m. on December 3, 2020. Submissions must be sent to Adline Norwood at anorwood@fsu.edu. We appreciate your cooperation with the quick turnaround for this information.

This includes employees with permanent or temporary out of state office locations (e.g. an employee who is currently telecommuting from out of state). The request does not apply to employees who merely travel to conferences or other business trips.
