Remote Professional Development Resources for FSU Employees
This message has been approved by Renisha Gibbs, Associate Vice President for Human Resources and Finance & Administration Chief of Staff, for distribution to all Deans, Directors, and Department Heads.
The Office of Training & Organizational Development is excited to announce the launch of The Weekly Spotlight, a virtual professional development curriculum. Each week, a new learning objective will be released along with supporting course work. This new training resource has been developed specifically for the remote work environment, and can be accessed here beginning Monday, March 30, 2020.
As most employees are working remotely, we view this period as an opportunity to enhance and develop professional skills. Supervisors are encouraged to utilize this training module, along with other available online training, to provide their staff with continuing professional and personal development.
