The Office of Human Resources works to provide valuable services and tools to our campus community. To add a layer of visibility to the benefits of working at FSU for internal and externals audiences, HR has developed a Total Compensation Calculator. This interactive and user-friendly tool allows current and prospective employees to easily calculate the value of the exceptional benefits offered by the University.
The Total Compensation Calculator provides a comprehensive monetary view of base salary, insurance and retirement contributions, earned leave, and other employment-related programs. The University also offers many employee-paid voluntary benefits, such as vision insurance, supplemental life insurance, short/long-term disability insurance, and supplemental retirement plans which are not included in this tool. While this tool is useful for current employees, it is also extremely valuable for recruiting key talent. We encourage departments to promote this calculator to show the benefits of employment at FSU.
