Personal Information in OMNI HR

This message has been approved by Renisha Gibbs, Associate Vice President for Human Resources and Finance & Administration Chief of Staff, for distribution to all Deans, Directors, and Department Heads.
Employees should maintain current personal information, including updated addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses, in OMNI-HR. These data fields may be utilized for various business needs, such as the distribution of university information and Benefits enrollment opportunities.
Personal Information in OMNI
Personal information data fields can be accessed and updated through the Employee Self Service menu navigation in OMNI HR. The Employee Self Service > Personal Information tile includes:
- Addresses
- Contact Details
- Ethnic Groups
- Emergency Contacts
Emergency Contacts
Incomplete or out of date emergency contact information can impact the University’s ability to ensure appropriate notifications in a time-sensitive situation. An emergency contact should be someone who can represent the employee if the employee is incapacitated or otherwise unavailable and can be a parent, spouse, adult child, or trusted friend.
Information Accuracy
Please check the personal information fields in OMNI HR to ensure your data is current and an Emergency Contact is designated.
