Union Update on Winter Break
This message has been approved by Renisha Gibbs, Associate Vice President for Human Resources and Finance & Administration Chief of Staff, for distribution to all Deans, Directors, and Department Heads.
As an update to the previous communication, the University is pleased to announce that we have reached agreement with all collective bargaining units to provide the additional holidays to in-unit employees.
The following bargaining units have reached agreement:
- AFSCME Council 79 (AFSCME)
- Operational Services Unit
- Administrative and Clerical Unit
- Professional Unit
- Florida Nurses Association (FNA)
- Professional Healthcare Unit
- Police Benevolent Association (PBA)
- Law Enforcement Unit
- United Faculty of Florida (UFF)
- Faculty Unit
