Christine Conley serves as a Director in Human Resources over the Benefits and Attendance & Leave areas.

She has worked in Human Resources for approximately 22 years. Christine joined FSU in 2008 and has served the University in several HR roles, including FMLA Administrator; Assistant Manager over the HR team in the Office of Faculty Development and Advancement; and Associate Director of Employee Data Management. Before coming to FSU, she worked in private industry as a Branch Manager for American Staffing Resources, a temporary staffing company. Her areas of responsibility included recruitment, job placement, payroll administration, and financial management of the branch.

Christine holds a Master of Business Administration degree and both major HR certifications, SHRM-SCP and SPHR. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR), and the local Big Bend SHRM chapter.
