Cornelius Brownlee is a seasoned higher education leader with more than ten years of experience in compliance, equal opportunity employment, and student support. Throughout his career, he has helped institutions strengthen practices rooted in fairness and accountability. His extensive work in Title IX, EEO, and ADA has strengthened organizational integrity by aligning compliance efforts across student affairs and human resources, ensuring both student and employee success.
