Michelle Baragona serves as the Director for Continuous Improvement & Training, with oversight and responsibility for University training & development and process improvement efforts. 

Michelle joined FSU HR in February 2022. Before joining FSU, Michelle managed a team that provided performance solutions, including hiring support, customized training, coaching, 360-management analyses, and process improvement to community organizations. Michelle received her bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and master’s from the University of West Florida in Human Performance Technology/Business Administration. She holds the nationally recognized certification of Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resources, a certificate in Human Performance Technology (HPT/HPI), and is a Certified Professional Coach.
