Samantha graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from Liberty University. She has spent the last eight years working in Higher Education Administration.

Her key responsibilities include executive support to the AVP for Human Resources as well as travel, procurement, and departmental HR functions for the Office of Human Resources and the Employee Assistance Program.
