Leaders In Training (LIT) Applications Open
This message has been approved by Renisha Gibbs, Associate Vice President for Human Resources and Finance & Administration Chief of Staff, for distribution to all Deans, Directors, and Department Heads.
In February of 2023, the Human Resources Continuous Improvement & Training Unit launched the Leaders in Training (L.I.T.) Program. This cohort-based, blended learning experience provides leadership development to employees over eight weeks of immersive training. Applications are now open for the upcoming cohort.
Please review the outline and commitment related to the successful completion of the program, and remember to factor in that your manager needs to complete a portion of the application before it is submitted.
The next cohort of 25 begins on September 21, 2023. If you wish to apply for the program, please complete the application on the LIT Program Website by Monday, August 28.
