The PSLF Program forgives the remaining balance on your Direct Loans after you have made 120 qualifying monthly payments under a qualifying repayment plan while working full-time for a qualifying employer.

How to Complete and Submit a PSLF Form:
- Utilize SAVI to assist in managing all federal loans and eligibility in forgiveness programs.
- Visit https://fsu.bysavi.com/ to sign up for a free account or a discounted premium account where assistance will be provided in submitting the PSLF Form properly.
- Utilize the Federal Student Aid PSLF Help Tool at https://studentaid.gov/pslf/.

- To request completion of Page 2 by FSU to verify employment:
- Email your request and blank Page 2 to HR-Records@fsu.edu with your name and Employee ID
- If sending completed forms with your SSN, submit your form to HR-Records@fsu.edu via Noles Files Transfer (NiFTy) for secure file submission.
- Do Not Include your SSN in any Emails For Security Purposes
